The development of Jasa, the first phase of the broader transformation of the cement plant area in Anhovo, is currently in process as part of the long-term vision for the regeneration of the wider industrial landscape. Conceived as a pilot project, Jasa introduces a new relationship between industry, landscape, and renewable energy through the implementation of solar infrastructure within the former industrial area. In the long term, the transformation of Anhovo aims to establish a new model of coexistence between industry, nature, energy production, and public space.
The Nova Gorica Railway Station Redevelopment and Underpass Vrtača in Ljubljana, Slovenia received the BIG SEE Award in the Infrastructure category. The project was recognized for integrating contemporary transport infrastructure into the existing urban context while improving accessibility and public space quality.
